We are thrilled to announce an exciting new addition to our team at R&D LLP—Margaret Marcinkiewicz, who joins us as a Senior Corporate Clerk working in our Business Law Group.

Background 

Margaret comes to us with over 13 years of dedicated experience in corporate law, enhancing our team’s capabilities with her technical knowledge of the corporate compliance landscape and her deep commitment to client service. Margaret’s legal education began at Durham College, where she completed a diploma in the Legal Administration/Law Clerk program. 

Prior to joining R&D, Margaret gained valuable experience working as a corporate clerk at Canada’s largest law firm and, more recently, at an international Bay St. law firm within its Emerging Technology group where she worked primarily with startups and founders. 

Throughout her career, Margaret has assisted with a wide variety of corporate matters and transactions on behalf of clients of all sizes including incorporations, amalgamations, re-organizations, arrangements, continuations, acquisitions, divestitures, and dissolutions. Her proficiency in maintaining corporate records and ensuring regulatory compliance will be instrumental in helping our diverse client base navigate the ever-changing regulatory regime in Ontario.

Margaret is eager to leverage her extensive experience working with technology startups and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to support and enhance our firm’s offerings to you, our valued clients.
