Khadija Mansoor

Khadija is a qualified lawyer in Pakistan and serves as a Legal Assistant in the Corporate Group at R&D LLP, supporting the corporate clerks with the creation, organization, and maintenance of minute books in the firm’s minute book software system.

Khadija supports the firm’s Corporate Clerks across all aspects of their work, helping keep the team organized and ensuring that clients’ corporate records are accurate, current, and properly maintained. She assists with client onboarding, know-your-client (KYC) compliance for Law Society of Ontario requirements, and contributes to various firm marketing initiatives.

Before joining R&D LLP, Khadija gained several years of post-qualification experience in corporate and commercial law, representing corporations, microfinance banks, FinTechs, NBFCs, and regulatory bodies on a wide range of non-contentious matters. Her background includes corporate governance, regulatory compliance (SECP & SBP), commercial drafting, legal opinion work, and legal research for both listed and unlisted companies.

Known for her attention to detail, efficiency, and collaborative approach, Khadija combines her legal expertise with strong organizational skills to support the smooth operation of the firm’s Corporate practice.

Academic Background

Khadija holds B.A LL.B degree from the University of the Punjab, Lahore, Pakistan.

Interests

Outside of business hours, Khadija enjoys immersing herself in the works of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, finding solace in his intricate mysteries. She also has a passion for dance and enjoys watching suspense and thriller shows in her leisure time.

Khadija is fluent in English, Urdu, and Punjabi.

Khadija is licensed to appear in the lower courts of Pakistan and is affiliated with the Lahore Bar Association, one of Asia’s largest Bars.
