Margaret Marcinkiewicz is a senior corporate law clerk at R&D LLP and works within the firm’s Business Law Group. She has worked in the legal profession for over 13 years, assisting in all aspects of corporate law.

Margaret has experience with incorporations, organizations, amendments, amalgamations, continuances, arrangements, dissolutions, and other corporate proceedings, including extra-provincial registrations, business name registrations, and limited partnership registrations. She also assists with the maintenance of corporate records and has experience conducting corporate due diligence and completing reorganizations and other corporate transactions. Margaret’s experience also includes working with emerging companies and technology startups.

Margaret has completed the Legal Administration/Law Clerk Diploma Program at Durham College.

Interests:

Outside of business hours, Margaret enjoys traveling, reading a good book, baking, and going on adventures with her family.
